Anger from pain

The existence of anger in nature.

Anger is not good for our body and mind

When we get angry we calmly need to walk out of the situation to free our mind.

It's the best thing to do. To avoid situations which create anger.

Because everything is not perfect in nature.

An ant can bite because of anger.
Bees can sting.
Dogs can bite.
Almost every animal has this anger.

There are thorns with the roses. 🌹. Probably plants too experience the pain, and create thorns for protection.

Meditation helps us. To create wisdom and conscious awareness to avoid anger and any other destructive emotions and thoughts.

Sometimes parents, and elders get angry with children when they don't listen.

Many people who get angry use alcohol and other intoxications to relax their mind and body. This can also be achieved with meditation.

Anger creates stress. When animals and plants experience the pain, Anger is created for self protection. To counteract.

Usually animals are more sensitive compared to plants. Animals experience more pain when they are killed compared to plants.

This creates destructive emotional vibrations in the cell particles of living things. It's better not to consume such negativity charged food particles.

Even chilly must be consumed with caution. Chillies have natural chemicals, created by plant life, to induce burning painful sensation.

Smaller amount of these chemicals and poisons act as medicine in certain ailments.
