The CAT closes its EYES while Drinking the MILK.

It thinks No One is Watching it while drinking the Milk.

Just to feel Good that no one is watching it,

But the reality is,

the entire world around is watching,

How far can we hide the Truth ?

We cannot hide it from ourselves at-least.

Sooner or Later it will be exposed. Truth is reality.

Few of them get addicted to lying.
When telling Lies becomes an Habit.
They are well experienced in lying.
Some people can lie and manipulate very easily.
They assume by Lying it is easy to achieve their objective.
But in reality, Lying creates more complications later.
They have done the same, since a long time, again and again.
That is why they are used to hiding and telling lies.
They are immune to it. Adopted to such an attitude of lying.
It has become their habit to lie.
But I do not like lying. As I feel uncomfortable.
Because it hurts me every-time I lie without a noble purpose to achieve.
Because telling lies creates more complications.
It hurts to lie when there is no proper reason to lie.
All big things start with a small step.
Similarly all big Blunders also start with repeating small mistakes.
It is better to avoid repeating our mistakes.
If not it leads to big blunders and sins.
Stop before you reach a path of no return.
Prevention is better than cure.
Better late than never.

But we do Not know the other.)

We Feel Happy when the Truth is Clear.
We Feel Sad & Confused when the Truth is Not Clear.
Thus the Truth itself Leads to Happiness.

Develop three things in life:

It’s good to believe in one religion, as it definitely gives our life a meaning. It shows us the right path on which we can walk. At the same time we should not criticize other religions. It’s good to say that by following a certain religion we go to heaven. At the same time we should not forget that by criticizing other religions we will go to hell. We should see heaven in our real lives, we should try to create heaven here on earth. By loving other religions and by giving them the respect we can create a heaven on earth and by criticizing we merely create hell on earth.

To which religion does this universe belong to?

We say after death we probably go to heaven or hell, but no one has seen what is heaven or hell after death. No one can give a perfect definition of what is heaven or hell after death. They say we go to heaven after death if we do no sin and if perform our duties well and if we learn how to love and practice forgiveness. By following these rules we not only go to heaven after death but can see it materialize around us here on earth.

Can we say what religion the birds that fly free in the open sky belong to? Can we say to what religion the rivers, oceans, mountains and trees belong to? Can a new born baby say to which religion it belongs? Can we say to which religion does this universe belong to? When we see the cute children smile can we say to which religion does their joy belong to? It’s the joy, love and freedom which merely have any religion. They have only one religion called as love. Religions are certainly not bad, but some humans are certainly. Humans are good or bad and not the religions. Before saying that someone is bad we got to investigate and drill down to the root cause of the issue. We should realize as to what was the root cause of such an evil to exist. We come to a conclusion that we should follow the religion we are comfortable with without criticizing others.

It’s unity in diversity. We are all different colors in a rainbow. We are like many different colored pearls in the same ocean. We better practice love and restrain the unnecessary hatred. Let’s realize that the innocent is to be protected and the wicked guilt is to be punished to balance the justice of creation.

Religion and caste.

Every religion has its own heritage and culture. History proves that religious cultures and heritage has been blend over generations to adjust the newer generation lifestyles. 

The truth remains that all religions blend towards improved best practices, improved food habits, improved living conditions, etc. Thus on a broader view if we look at them they are all trying to join hands with a common lifestyle habits. We know that there is nothing wrong in improving the standards of life by blending them into modern lifestyles. 

History proves that religions were created and made by humans to give meaning to life and to guide them to live better healthy lifestyles. It’s a misconception to think that religions were made to superimpose the superiority of one over the other. 

Religions came into existence depending on the geographical features and guidelines. Using religion to create fear, panic and destruction is a blunder mistake which has been applied by many dictators to what is called as “divide and rule” policy to accomplish the bad desire to rule with power. Over the generations of masses have suffered and fallen pray to such dictators due to the lack of realization of truth.

Journey towards purification: Beauty is created using intelligence and not the other way round. We cannot create intelligence using beauty. Its wisely said that “face is the reflection of mind” as subconscious creates the consciousness. It’s wise to control physical beauty using intelligence and not the other way round. My Job TERMINATION at Bahra.

Immediate Termination of Job
Without any Notice:
On 7th September 2012, Vice Chancellor of Bahra University, (Shri Bansal)
Asks the University Registrar, to Terminate me from my Job immediately.
Where as it is Routine Customary to give One Month Notice Period before Job termination.

On 6th September 2012, One day before, at evening 5 pm,
Vice Chancellor, asks me regarding the Civil Department, Survey Laboratory,
He asked me why are the Stands of instruments kept on the floor?
I told him that it was the Job of “Laboratory Attendant” to take care of the Laboratory.
It was his job to set-up and arrange the instruments.
The “Laboratory Attendant” had not done his Job even after my previous requests.
I had requested him before to arrange the instruments in the Laboratory, but he had not performed his job. This was what I informed the Vice Chancellor, that the Laboratory Attendant, was not satisfactory.

Then the Vice Chancellor told me to prepare all the Laboratory List of Practicals, along with Complete Procedure Descriptions on the computer, and to Paste the Print-outs on the wall of the Laboratory, within time frame of one-day.
I told VC that it would not be possible in one-day. He asked me to resign from Job.
It is not part of my job description to prepare print and paste printouts on Laboratory walls.
I am working as “Assistant Professor” with 19K salary, and I am supposed to take Lectures.
VC must realize that Laboratory Charts to be hanged on walls are already available in Market.
The “Laboratory Attendant” can Stick Paste the ready-made Charts on the wall also.
My job is to study and prepare for the Lectures, with a salary of 19K.
I pretty much think that my efforts are satisfactory and justifiable.
I have always been a well wisher of University, with a vision to empower my society and Nation.

One month before, VC had ordered me to Travel to Sundernagar, to conduct Entrance Examinations for New Admission of Students. But I had denied the order due to personal reasons. That time also he had warned me to Terminate my Job.

My class students of 3rd year civil, are not happy with VC's decisions, as they highly appreciate my Teaching.
It seems as though VC is violating Human rights, He is forcing and threatening to perform work.
Where as the VC must be compassionate and humble while performing his duties.
VC must realize that he must accomplish his humble objectives with Peace, Compassion and Brotherhood. One must not have Ego of Superiority. Power is Lost when misused destructively.
He very much draws a huge salary package also to perform satisfactory results.
His job is to guide University towards Prosperity and Peace, along with compassion and brotherhood.
It is wrong for him to put fear and job terminations to perform his duties.

Generally there are two types of Leaders,
One is Wild Lion King, who rules and Dictates using Fear.

The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow by bad people.

Logic of Good and Bad:
Everything is within us, GOOD as well as BAD. Both of them are contagious too. What ever we feed will win. It is up to ourselves which way we decide to follow. The good needs to be strong enough to convert the bad to good. We must meditate to realize the good within ourselves, and thus convert the bad to good. There are two of them by name “GOOD” and “BAD”. “GOOD” is so good that it does not want to hurt “BAD” but definitely would want to heal and forgive them. On the other hand “BAD” is so bad that it tries to destroy “GOOD” even after being spared by the other. This is the simple difference between good and bad which history proves and keeps repeating. The logic here is simple, “GOOD” came into existence only because of “BAD”. If there had been no bad then how would the difference exist between the two? It’s merely the balance created by nature to counteract. None of them alone can be completely destroyed and are thus created when ever there is a requirement to balance. As toughness is created when there is pain, similarly “GOOD” becomes stronger when pain exceeds its limits and “BAD” becomes stronger when happiness exceeds its limits. It’s simple as to stop the pain and hatred, and start the healing with compassion for happiness. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction and thus everything happens for goodness.

“BAD” survives by suppressing and utilizing the “GOOD”. “BAD” stops getting its resources and automatically perishes if “GOOD” avoids the bad and is kept away from “BAD”.

This is a popular saying: See no evil, Hear no evil, Speak no evil and Do no evil. It also means that see, hear, speak and do good. Basics and Necessities in life are to be good as expecting more than required will spoil them and leads to self destruction.

How are we going to convert bad into good?

We have to appreciate and respect good things. The appreciation and respect for good creates a requirement and value for good ones. Once a appreciation and requirement for good things is established and realized, then its obvious that bad is converted to good. This is a virtue of genuine necessity for good things to happen. Personality in a person is the reflection of the quality of environment. In other words “face is the reflection of mind”. The quality of thoughts and appreciation of good ideas. Dreams to create good things in life. Let’s have a clear view and determination for transparency and appreciation for good ones. Let’s make an effort with hope and optimism. Let’s create healing with blessing and prayers. Let’s make it happen.

There is a fear of terror:

If we appreciate the good ones and create the good ones then we may loose our position. We may loose our requirement and power if we heal, train, and teach others to do good things. We may loose our power to manage, dictate and rule if we respect the goodness.

Here is the solution:

How can the God, power of goodness, let us down, when we have done a good job. Lets believe in the goodness, lets not be afraid of appreciating, respecting and rewarding the good. Lets just do our duty with utmost sincerity. Things will change. Have faith and belief that, we will get what we deserve. We will be promoted and blessed with greater jobs which includes higher responsibilities, power and respect. With great power comes great responsibilities (OR) there is no power without responsibilities. Responsibility and power must not be miss utilized. Power is lost when miss utilized (OR) power cannot exist without responsibility. (OR) power exists only because of responsibility. Lets spread the goodness without any fear. Lets have faith that the time will change and will bring good things. Constructive is difficult, creating good is difficult, where as destructive is easy when power is miss utilized. Be a role model and appreciate, heal and create the good. Convert the bad ones to good ones. Firing someone is easy and a wrongful thing to do. Where as conversion, healing and forgiving is difficult. Being constructive is difficult. When things are not ready made then we have to create them. Only then, we can be satisfied, confident and proud of owning the great things with power. Power is for good as long as it’s not miss utilized.

When someone gives respect, it does not mean that they are afraid, or cowards, or morons, or slaves. They are not helpless but brave. They very much know the values of moral character and discipline. Real life experience.

We all have experienced the pain in our real lives. This pain made us tough by making us to find solutions to the problems we faced. It made us to realize the importance of moral values in real life. We experience the pain when we lose the basic necessities in life, like love, compassion, caring, brotherhood, identity, security and recognition.

I lost them when my father passed away. I realized that not all the respect and attention that I used to get was for real. It was a give and take due to the false ego of the society. It does not mean all are bad, but the natures balance of good and bad. Destiny takes its own ways. We feel as if we are puppets in the hands of the almighty power.

As my father was born rich, the community and society respected his power of wealth and influence. This is material wealth. I could see lose of material wealth due to the negligence in respect for moral values. I could see that the false ego of superiority lead to the destruction of individuality and self respect. The false fame of society, which respected the material wealth, gave a wicked manipulation of respect in order to achieve its greedy desire, to achieve the material wealth. The society praised him with appreciations as long as he was generous with his material wealth. This false fame of feel good materialized with an addiction for generosity. He lost his material wealth and had a sudden heart attack. Mishap was due to corruption, mismanagement and manipulation by the ones in whom he had faith and belief. They were all very close friends and relatives of his who appreciated his material richness and misguided him due to corruption and mismanagement. The whole of the system and management was manipulated.

I could see this in reality, right in front of my eyes. No doubt, I tried to avoid the mishap but to my surprise, I was blamed and deprived of my powers. They thought I was still a kid. I felt as if it was a maya of false fame. No doubt, I was constructive then but still nobody thought it was serious.

* I realized that true friends are those who help us in troubles.

* I realized that ideas are appreciated only when we express them.

* I realized that we have to create our own personalities in real life.

* I realized that true love, understanding, blessing and well wishes are very rare in this material life.

* It is a struggle to create this peaceful, secure and content society. As we realize that, we are a part of this society. We can be happy only when the people around us are happy. We realize that we have to be calm, gentle and humble to create it. We also have to confess, seek and pray to achieve them in real life. We have to be constructive thus to resolve the issues peacefully. We do not believe in getting frustrated with what we have already lost. We believe in learning from our mistakes. At the same time, we believe in creating and carving our future and personality with a persistence to be constructive without any frustrations. May be its tough and difficult, but stable and satisfactory. It relives our sole with satisfaction for the hard efforts. People tend to understand our views depending upon their personal experiences in real life. Again, it is the destiny, which makes people to meet. It gives them the wisdom to understand one another. If not there would have been no strong relationships. It is the real life experience and expectations, which should match to create understanding in building relationships. It is also true that we must not get frustrated when they do not match. We must not try to hide and manipulate the truth, at the same time we must resolve the issues peacefully with forgiveness and compassion. We must give a chance for the truth to manifest. As we cannot conclude and decide until and unless the truth is revealed and conceived. Life is nothing but an effort to find those who can understand.
